In coordination with the factory’s requirements, the valid discharge opening of the bins should below the one fourth of the groove width, with materials’ flow speed within the limit of 6-18m/min .For some bigger materials, the discharge opening of the bit bottom should set a high enough ore blocker board .For no influence to feeder’s performance, the board should not be fixed on the tanks .And to ensure the fluent discharging, the inclination of the bin’s backwall should better within the range of 55-65 degree.With stable vibrating, reliable function, long service life, it can change and control the flow at any times .It’s vibrating motor adopts the principle of calibration exciter with the advantages of low noise & energy consumption, better adjustment and no punching phenomenon.

Working Principle of Vibrating Feeder

Vibrating feeder adopts the principle that eccentric block in the vibrator rotates to create the centrifugal force, which can force the moveable part such as screening box and vibrator to maoke continous or approximate circle movement .And the materials will enter the feeder along with the screening box.
